Overview
PharmIQ is a comprehensive PMS built for independent and chain pharmacies looking to replace manual dispensing and stock management processes.
The system covers the full pharmacy workflow from drug procurement to patient dispensing and daily financial reconciliation.
The Challenge
The client was tracking stock in notebooks and using manual receipts for billing. Expired drugs were being missed, and end-of-day reconciliation took hours and produced unreliable figures.
The Solution
We built a role-based system for pharmacists and cashiers that handles drug inventory with expiry alerts, a point-of-sale dispensing flow, and automated daily sales reports.
