Overview
OrderFlow is a Fytrion-built SaaS product targeting small Nigerian businesses that receive orders through WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook but have no system to track fulfilment.
The platform provides a simple, focused dashboard for logging, monitoring, and updating order status without requiring technical knowledge.
The Challenge
Small businesses managing social media orders were losing track of pending fulfilments, double-booking stock, and missing delivery deadlines due to relying entirely on chat history.
The Solution
We designed a minimal but complete order management dashboard — order intake, status tracking, customer records, and basic analytics — built to be usable by non-technical business owners from day one.
